Lead and supervise fuel management operations to achieve organizational goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Lead process improvement to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs of the relevant department.
Manage and perform fueling operations.
Execution of jet fuel contracts.
Close interaction, supporting jet traders and flight permits desk.
Planning and scheduling fuel deliveries for customers worldwide.
Manage associated administrative and finance functions relating to fuel supply.
Maintain optimal levels of productivity and efficiency and developing a cohesive operating infrastructure.
Oversee monthly, weekly and daily operational plans and objectives.
Maintain constant communications with the department staff and 3rd parties concerning fuel related matters, fuel receipt for delivered jet fuel to the company’s clients.
Ensure that all relevant staff are kept updated on fuel related issues.
Anticipate and react quickly to trends and changes in performance.
Prepare regular reports on a formal basis as required by the Management and be an open channel of communication on issues to the management on both a formal and informal basis.
Strict compliance with the company’s regulations and procedures.
Day-to-day liaison and coordinating with all departments within the company.
Acquiring a written approval from management for each and every client’s account opening and/or closure.
Assist the Management in investigating complaints and issues, if such emerge, responding to any issues in efficient manner.
